Is the plate really safe for my child to eat off of?
Absolutely. Our plates are made from DecoWare® — a high-performance, medical-grade polymer that is FDA food-contact compliant and CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) certified. They contain zero melamine, BPA, formaldehyde, or other harmful chemicals. We wouldn't put our name on anything we wouldn't use for our own kids.
What exactly is DecoWare® and why is it better than regular plastic or melamine?
DecoWare® is a medical-grade polymer — meaning it's held to a higher standard than typical plastic dinnerware. Unlike melamine, which can leach harmful chemicals into food (especially when heated), DecoWare® is completely free of melamine, BPAs, and formaldehyde. It's also decorated using water-based, non-toxic inks, so even the colors are safe.
Will the personalization fade or peel off into my child's food?
No — and this is a big one for parents! The design and your child's name are permanently fused into the plate using a dye-sublimation process. Nothing is painted on top that could peel, chip, or flake. The image becomes part of the plate itself.
Is it microwave safe?
Yes! You can safely microwave your child's food right on the plate. No need to transfer meals to a different dish first.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes, it is fully dishwasher safe. For the longest-lasting color and design, we recommend the top rack when possible, but the plate is built to handle everyday washing.
What if my kid drops it? Will it break?

Can I put it in the oven?

What age is this plate appropriate for?
Our plates are safe for kids of all ages — from toddlers to school-age children. The unbreakable material and non-toxic design make them a great choice even for the youngest eaters.
Can I return or exchange if something is wrong?
Because each plate is made specifically for your child, we are unable to accept returns on personalized orders. However, if your plate arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right and replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.
