Every plate at Lil Plate Shop is made-to-order and personalized just for you — and we stand behind every single one. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Guarantee — Our Mistake, Our Fix
If your plate arrives with an error on our end — wrong name, misspelling, or incorrect design — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a free replacement, no questions asked. No need to return the original.
Just reach out with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the plate
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your plate arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered under the same 30-day guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away.
Please Double-Check Your Personalization
Because every plate is made custom to your specifications, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for change of mind, orders no longer wanted, or spelling errors provided by the customer at checkout. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order!
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it's still missing, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you to resolve it.
